Al Anon is a support group for friends & family members of alcoholics & addicts. We who live, or have lived, with the problem of alcoholism or addiction understand as perhaps few others can. We too have felt lonely & frustrated but in Al-Anon we discover that no situation is really hopeless and that it is possible to find contentment, and even happiness, whether the alcoholic or addict is still drinking, using or not.
